  • Receive content, design, and technical support during and after setup.
  • Access subscription-based hosting, maintenance, and marketing tools.
  • Request optional add-ons such as SEO, email setup, and digital branding materials.

3. User Accounts

To access certain parts of our service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Website Ownership and Access

BeVisible websites are provided as part of a managed service. While you retain ownership of your content (text, images, logos, etc.), the technical framework, platform, and backend tools remain the property of BeVisible. Access to certain functionalities depends on your active subscription plan. If your subscription ends, website access, hosting, and updates may be paused or discontinued unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content provided for your website, including text, images, videos, and any materials uploaded through our platform. You agree not to:

  • Upload or distribute unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
  • Violate third-party intellectual property rights.
  • Use our services for spam, scams, or any deceptive activities.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our servers or network.

6. Payment and Subscription Terms

Our website plans and maintenance services operate on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance according to your selected package (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not issued for partial periods, setup fees, or completed design work. Any late or missed payments may result in temporary suspension of service until payment is received.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform components, including code, design frameworks, and backend systems, remain the intellectual property of BeVisible. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any portion of our platform or designs without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BeVisible and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform. Upon termination, all unpaid balances become immediately due.
